The Hub provides online services for use by organisations working with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
These organisations are mainly colleges, training organisations and employers that have a funding agreement to provide education and training.
On the Hub, you can use data collections to send in your Individualised Learner Record (ILR) return. You can also search all learning aims, units, apprenticeships and associated validity and funding details to support the submission of your ILR.
Some of these areas require you to sign in to use them. You can Sign in at the top right of the screen.
Qualification achievement rates (QAR) 2017 to 2018 – provisional data now live
We have published your provisional QAR 2017 to 2018 data. The data is available in the ‘QAR reports’ section of the Data Returns page. You have until 5pm on Friday 1 February to inform us of any concerns about how we have implemented our published methodology; you cannot request fixes or adjustments to your 2017 to 2018 individualised learner record (ILR) data.
If you have any queries with the provisional data, please complete a data query form, email this to the service desk and ask us to assign your query to ‘ESFA Business Operations QAR’.
We have published version 3 of the dataset specifications to the QAR 2017 to 2018 webpage. We have also republished the QAR reports user guide. For further information, refer to the QAR webpage.
