Here to submit your ILR, ESF or EAS? Please use the new service

Please make any new submissions via Submit Learner Data.

For 2019-2020 academic year, this will be the only way to submit your data, R01 onwards.

For 2018-2019, we’d like you to submit via the new service and we’ll transfer your data to the Hub. 

You’ll see all your usual reports in the Hub and a refined selection in the new service. We ask that you compare the reports you get in Submit Learner Data to their respective reports in the Hub and let service desk know if you see anything that doesn’t look right.  This will help us perfect the new service, ready for the switchover in R01.

For reference, LARS/Learning Aims will still be accessible from the Hub, with all the usual functionality.
